How many emails do you think your prospects and clients are receiving everyday?
10?
50?
150?
More probably?
And you think that your email is going to stand out?
I have just looked through my inbox, more importantly my deleted items.
Below are some of the subject lines:

I mean, come on, seriously!
Why would I even want to open these emails?
Why would you put so much effort into the copy of an email, HTML, landing page, or your website, but put no time into the actual line of text that is going to get them there.
The most asked questions my company gets when buying prospect lists is, “Will my email get delivered?”
Well, yes, my email addresses will get your email delivered into the inbox, but whether the recipient wants to open that email is a completely different issue all together, and one that must be taken seriously.
It is such a hard task to get people to open our emails, why is so little time put into making sure they open it?
Because people don't understand. Wont take the time to learn. Or think that its a waste of money paying someone who does know.
I'm not only talking about marketing emails, I'm talking about emails to prospect and clients.
A prospect is someone you are trying to make into a client. A client is someone you are trying to keep as a client.
You need to write your subject lines in as creatively as you would do in an email marketing campaign.
Every month at my company we look at all the best subject lines that have been sent out to prospects and clients.
This has created a great habit with the sales team. They think creatively about every email they send out with the goals in mind to…..
Stand Out.
Get Attention.
Get Read.
Get Remembered
And it's easy.
The subject line focuses on what the prospects or clients end goal are.
If you have asked the right questions during your ‘relationship building' process, then you should know what the prospects/clients end goals are.
If you don't know this, then you need to know more about the sales!
Get creative…..
