The data quality just can't be beaten (Out of 655 records called, we booked 18 appointments and had another 21 that were interested in a follow up call). We have purchased B2B data from mib too and that's also done really well.

She gave us some samples of data too which allowed my hesitant client to test the accuracy. She also replaced any duplicate records one for one if my client already them in his own data list.

MIB provided a data list containing the criteria we wanted, if certain things needed to be changed Heather would play around with the data for us and give us as close to what we wanted as possible. The data can be segmented depending on the criteria and shown in a breakdown which is a great way to work. The data brings a new energy to the company and targets the audience you want.
5) Would you recommend mib as your preferred data supplier? Why? Yes, we broker data and due to the accuracy and other benefits mentioned we are inclined to use MIB's data.

The only downside I would say is that not EVERY record had a personal email address (around 30 to 50), although my client didn't notice, and the ones without had a company email. I have been informed that asking for all records with a personal email is a possibility if mentioned in the criteria. There are loads of positives to using MIB and Heather has been extremely personable and helpful.

As a telemarketing company we must have accurate data, otherwise the calling campaign will not produce the results that I have assured my client.
